🍦 Creamy Blueberry Ice Cream (Better Than Store-Bought!) | Homemade Recipe

Craving a rich, fruity homemade ice cream? 🍨 This blueberry ice cream is insanely creamy, packed with real berry flavor, and boosted with LorAnn blueberry extract for that perfect pop. I churned mine in an ice cream maker, but I also explain an easy no-churn method if you don’t have one!

✨ Why you’ll love it:
• Super creamy ice cream-shop texture
• Real blueberries + blueberry extract for maximum flavor
• Whole berries folded in for juicy bursts
• Works with or without an ice cream maker
• Optional infusion method explained at the end 🌿

🔥 Recipe (my exact measurements):
• 300g frozen blueberries (225g cooked into purée, 75g added at the end)
• 1 tsp LorAnn blueberry flavoring
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 500ml heavy whipping cream
• 1 can (370g) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Whipped cream + chocolate sauce for topping

👉 Make the purée with 225g blueberries + sugar + lemon juice, whip or churn your cream mixture, then swirl in the purée and fold in the remaining 75g whole berries. Freeze until scoopable, top with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, and enjoy heaven in a bowl.

If you choose to infuse this 🌿, you can gently infuse the heavy cream before churning or use one of the substitution options I explain at the end of the video.
