I Made Tea Instead of Going to Therapy (AVB)

Some nights you relax.
Some nights you quietly spiral and make tea.

This video is a short film about being alone with your thoughts, having full conversations in your head, and choosing to make AVB tea instead of unpacking everything else. It’s not meant to be instructional… it’s just exactly what I did that night.

For the people asking (and I know you will), here’s how I made the tea shown in the video ⬇️

AVB Tea (what I did, not advice):
• 2.5 of AVB placed in an empty tea bag
• Steeped in water under 170°F (~77°C) for about 15 minutes
• Rinsed the tea bag
• Added a black tea bag
• Added water, milk, and heavy cream (just enough to mostly cover the bags)
• 1–2 tablespoons brown sugar
• Stirred constantly for ~30 minutes between 140–170°F (~60–77°C)

No rush. No pressure. Just stirring and thinking.
