Insanely Delicious Eggplant Dip (With an Elevated Twist)

Insanely delicious Baba Ganoush coming right up! This is a faster, tighter re-edit of my original video — I cut the filler, kept the good stuff, and removed the parts where I forgot what I was doing because the “special oil” was stronger than expected. Oops. 😅

If you’ve ever wanted a ridiculously tasty eggplant dip with an optional elevated twist, this recipe is for you.

BABA GANOUSH RECIPE
• 2 large eggplants
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1/4 cup tahini
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (optionally infused with your favorite… vibes)
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Juice from half a small lemon

PAIR WITH
Bread, carrots, celery, bell peppers, onions, or whatever crunchy vehicle you love.

PRO TIPS
• If you have a gas stove, char the eggplants for maximum smokiness.
• If you don’t… well, oven-roasted works great too.
• Just remember to label your oils. Learn from my mistakes. 😂
